The terms "we", "us", "our", "Website", “company”, and “Florida Cruise Ports” refers to Florida Cruise Ports, Inc., a Florida corporation, and its subsidiaries, corporate affiliates, including DBAs Go Port Canaveral and Fly Snooze Cruise (collectively, the "Florida Cruise Ports Companies"). The term "you" refers to the customer for whom the package and service is being purchased for their use. Whether the customer is visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, through a third-party representative(such as a travel agent) or through our company customer care representatives, all terms and conditions in this Agreement apply to the customer.
As a condition of your use of this Website, you must be a natural person, 18 years or older and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. You will use this Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; You will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act; You will inform such other persons about the Terms and Conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto; You will provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information on this Website; you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you.
We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By signing up to receive our electronic newsletters, book reservations, or create an account, you agree to receive email communications that are travel-related. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link on any of the emails you receive. If you booked travel services, you may not opt-out of communications which are account related and not promotional.
The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services) as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us. Except for making copies of your itinerary and related documents, you agree not to in anyway reproduce, modify, publicly sell, or otherwise use any information or service provided by this Website. Additionally, you agree not to use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose; make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation; copy, monitor, or access any information on this Website, by any automated means or by manual process for any purpose, or link to any portion of this Website without our written permission.
If your booking or account shows signs of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity, we may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, and close any associated Florida Cruise Ports’ accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to us, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact Florida Cruise Ports Customer Care Services.
SUPPLIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Website facilitates your booking of, including by not limited to, hotel accommodations, ground transportation services, and cruise parking facilities. Florida Cruise Ports is not involved in providing these services. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the products and services, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the ability of the vendors to offer services. Should you have a dispute with one or more vendors, you release Florida Cruise Ports and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees from any claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel related goods and services from each of the suppliers involved in your travel. Please read the terms and conditions issued by all suppliers (which can be found on each of the supplier’s websites.) You agree to abide by their terms and conditions, including but not limited to, compliance with their rules, restrictions, and services.
You further acknowledge that your travel suppliers may require you to sign their liability waiver before participating in the service they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in you being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in you forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation(s).
PREPAID PACKAGE RESERVATIONS
You acknowledge that Florida Cruise Ports pre-negotiates each of the components included in the package with all the participating suppliers, including but not limited to hoteliers, transportation providers, and parking providers, to facilitate you in the booking of these packages.
The amount you pay is the total of the amounts charged to us by each of the suppliers included in the package and the facilitation fee retained by us for our services in booking the complete package reservation.
Your credit card will be charged by Go Port Canaveral, a DBA of Florida Cruise Ports, in which you authorize us to facilitate your package reservations on your behalf including making payment arrangements with the suppliers. The tax represents a tax recovery charge, and is a recovery of the estimated taxes that we pay to each of the suppliers included in your package reservation. You acknowledge that Florida Cruise Ports does not collect taxes for remittance to the applicable taxing authorities. Each supplier in the package charges us for their respective applicable taxes and the supplier remits these taxes due directly to the taxing authorities.
Florida Cruise Ports does not act as a co-vendor with any of the suppliers with whom we reserve our customer's travel package arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by Florida Cruise Ports to each of the package suppliers may vary, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. applicable at the time of the actual use of the product and/or service by our customers. We retain any remaining package proceeds as the facilitation fee in servicing your travel reservation.
Wholesale Rates for Large Groups: You may not book package reservations that include 10 or more hotel rooms online for the same hotel and occupancy dates. If we determine that you have booked reservations for more than 10 rooms in total in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations, charge you a cancellation fee and/ or retain any monies submitted in the booking.

100% Refundable Packages: Packages can be cancelled for a 100% refund up to (3) days after the date of purchase provided the date of purchase is more than (3) days prior to the date of arrival.
70% Refundable Packages: Packages can be cancelled for a 70% refund after (3) days from the date of purchase provided the cancellation date is more than (3) days prior to the date of arrival.
Non-Refundable Packages: Packages cancelled less than (3) days prior to the date of arrival are non-refundable.
Change Fees: Changes are complimentary up to (3) days after the date of purchase. Changes that increase the package price are exempt from change fees. Changes made after (3) days from the date of purchase will incur a $50 change fee each time a modification is made to the package. Changes must be made at least (3) days prior to the date of arrival.
We only accept changes/ cancellations via phone at (855) 755- 4637 from 9 AM- 9 PM EST seven days a week. Refunds can take 7-10 days to process.
MODIFYING YOUR PACKAGE RESERVATION
You may only make changes in your prepaid package reservation within the “refundable time period” from the date of order. Changes will not be accepted once the package is “non-refundable.”
Customers who place an online order will receive a welcome package via email immediately after placing the order. This package will include the detailed travel itinerary. Should the package include transportation, the name and phone number of the transportation provider, along with the pick-up time(s) and procedures will be included in the welcome package. For assistance while traveling, contact our offices from 9 AM- 9 PM EST at 321-305-6970. Outside of these hours, contact the hotel and/or transportation provider directly.
We make every effort to post sold out dates as soon as we are notified by the hotel. In the rare event that a selected hotel date requested is not available, we will notify the customer within 72 hours from the order date, to offer a choice of alternative hotel options. Should the alternative options not be acceptable to the customer, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund.
In accordance with each of the hotel's individual operational procedures, you may be required to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses from your stay, that may include, but are not limited to, in-room movies, long distance telephone charges, room service, and room damages. If such a deposit is taken, it is solely a hotel operational requirement and unrelated to your package purchased with Go Port Canaveral.
All transportation is provided by a “Shared Shuttle” system which may involve multiple stops and pick-up times that are approximate. Shared Shuttles are normally expected to arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled pick-up time. While we always strive for timely pick-ups and departures, circumstances out of our control do occasionally happen. Heavy traffic, major accidents or severe weather may delay your transportation provider. Refunds will not be issued due to such circumstances. In the event of an incident, we ask that you allow up to a 1-hour grace period from your 15-minute pick-up window for your driver to arrive. Cruisers are also required to provide us with a valid cell phone number and be available to take a call while traveling in case our drivers need to reach you. Please call Go Port Canaveral directly at (321) 735- 8833 or toll-fee at (855) 755- 4637 if you experience wait-times exceeding 1 hour.
Go Port Canaveral will not refund for subsequent missed travel because of delays outside of our control. Such delays include, but are not limited to, delayed flights, delayed ship returns, or traffic delays.
Airport Pick-Ups: Should an incoming flight be delayed, resulting in a needed airport pick-up outside of our Shared Shuttle time window included in the purchased package, it will be up to the client to make arrangements for their own transportation, at their own cost. No refund will be provided by Go Port Canaveral. We suggest cruisers seek their refund options from the airline that caused the delay.
Port Pick-Ups: Once debarkation has begun from a cruise ship, cruisers should allow up to two (2) hours from the time they board a Shared Shuttle, until the time they arrive at the airport, under normal traffic patterns. Should a cruise ship be delayed in returning to Port, resulting in a missed flight or other travel plan, Go Port Canaveral is not responsible to provide a refund for the missed flight or any other type of missed travel. We suggest cruisers seek their refund options from the cruise line that caused the delay.
50/50 PAYMENT OPTION
With certain packages, we may offer the option to pay 50% of the package price at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date. In the event this remaining 50% is not received within this timeline, Florida Cruise Ports retains the right to cancel the package reservation(s) and the customer will forfeit any monies paid. The same cancellation policy applies to these packages.
BANK AND CREDIT CARD FEES
Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the United States. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
We do not establish the criteria for ratings or guarantee the accuracy of the ratings of the hotel establishments on this Website. These ratings should be used only as a guideline, and do not form any type of guarantee. Hotel providers are continually updating their properties and we do our best to bring you the most current information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on this Website, or guarantee that renovation, maintenance, or other physical property improvements or repairs will not be in progress at the hotel.

If such an event occurs, if available, you be offered the opportunity to have your package adjusted to the correct price, or to cancel the reservation without penalty.

Florida Cruise Ports disclaims all warranties and conditions that this Website, its servers or any email sent from Florida Cruise Ports, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Florida Cruise Ports hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, products, and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular response, title and non-infringement.
The hotels, transportation providers, parking providers, and other suppliers providing travel or other services on this Website are Independent Contractors and not agents or employees of Florida Cruise Ports. Florida Cruise Ports is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, property loss, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Florida Cruise Ports has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and has no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

You agree to defend and indemnify Florida Cruise Ports and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Your breach of any of the suppliers' Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
- Your use of this Website.
